Mommy & Me Fit Class
2-6 months
A strong foundation will be set for these young toddlers through sessions with lots of Movements, stretching, strengthening exercises, games and relaxation. Always making sure you both have fun!

Class Rates
In person class details
- Classes are session enrollment only to ensure a stable group of children, no drop-ins allowed.
- Small group classes: 8 children max.
- Masks are required for adults at all times, regardless of vaccination status.
- Masks are required as much as tolerable for children over the age of 2.
- There are no refunds for Session enrollments.
- Makeup classes are not available.
- Class will take place rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, class may be cancelled and we will provide a credit for a virtual class of your choice. There are no refunds.
- In the case of a rollback in the City of Boca Raton or State of Florida reopening phases where we can no longer safely hold class in-person, or if a class cancellation due to in-class covid exposure is necessary, class will move to a virtual format. There are no refunds.
